What is our story? ​

Anthracite Solutions as it exists today was incorporated in 2023, founded by Managing Director David Matauschek, who originally started in B2B performance marketing at one of Germany’s leading medical equipment manufacturers and went on to consult startups in the manufacturing context throughout India and China. This early exposure to Asia's high tech and industrial sector laid the groundwork for Anthracite's philosophy of systematic growth and the critical importance of structure.

Fast-forwarding to 2022, when he teamed up with Singapore-based Dr. William Lou, to approach the South East Asian market with a specific approach to revenue operations modeling.

In 2023, former health-tech CSO Alexander Döbereiner joined the team, with a particular focus on strengthening European market presence and serve clients more effectively.

The dawn of Onyx arrived in 2024, when the necessity of structure for growth became strikingly apparent with two clients, who couldn't be more different, yet shared the same problem: Lack of structure as impediment to sustainable growth.​
